Ethos entre évolution de la notion et divergence des genres

L’ethos, notion philosophique, rhétorique et linguistique, a subi un très long chemin d’évolution. Dès Platon et Aristote jusqu’à Amossy et Maingueneau, on a vu naître plusieurs perspectives et interprétations de l’ethos, à l’intérieur de différentes disciplines curieuses à l’étude de la schématisation de soi et de la construction de l’identité. Cette évolution ne fut pas seulement sur le niveau de la conceptualisation, mais aussi sur le niveau générique d’ethos. Comme il se trouve plusieurs genres d’ethos, certains d’entre eux se confondent chez les chercheurs et les analystes de discours.
مر الأيتوس، کمصطلح فلسفي، بلاغي ولغوي، بطريق طويل من التطور. فلقد شهدنا، منذ عصر افلاطون وارسطو وحتى أموسي ومانجونو، نشأة أکثر من تأويل لمفهوم الأيتوس ضمن مختلف المجالات المهتمة بدراسة الصورة الذاتية وبناء الهوية. ولم يکن هذا التطور على المستوي التصوري للمفهوم وحسب و لکن کان أيضا علي المستوي النوعي للأيتوس. حيث يوجد أنواع مختلفة من صورة الذات والتي طالما ما تتداخل فيما بينها لدي الباحثين .

Ethos, as a philosophical, rhetorical, and linguistic term, has gone through a long way of development. It was witnessed since the era of Plato and Aristotle, to Amossy and Maingueneau, the emergence of more than one perspective and interpretation of the concept of ethos within the various fields concerned with the study of self-imaging and identity construction. This development was not only on the conceptual level of the term, but also on the level of the different kinds of ethos, since there are different types of self-imaging that often overlap among researchers.
